## How it works
1. Capture findings on site by dictation (Letterly is included free) or written notes, and upload your photos.
2. Blooming Surveys drafts the full report in your voice, categorises and captions photos, and emails you a link, typically within 20-30 minutes.
3. Review and edit in the online editor, then export.

## Pricing
- Pay per report, no subscription; reports never expire.
- Under 50 reports: £25 each. 50 to 199 reports: £17 each. 200+ reports: £14 each. Prices exclude VAT.
- New users get 3 free trial reports.

## Data and safety
- The AI elaborates only on observations you provide; it cannot fabricate defects you did not mention.
- No identifying client information (names, addresses) is sent to AI providers; confidentiality terms align with RICS standards.
- Each surveyor's content and style is private and never shared across users.
